Od roku 2018 vede školu současná ředitelka. Od září 2022 se změnilo užší vedení a v pedagogickém sboru probíhá postupná generační obměna.

  • Vedení na základě analýzy potřeb nastavuje systém cílené podpory všem učitelům s cílem zkvalitnit vzdělávání.
  • Vedení využívá pro rozhodování o opatřeních výsledky externího testování a dotazníková šetření mezi žáky i učiteli.

  • Někteří pedagogové kladou důraz na znalosti a dovednosti; hodiny se liší v užití funkčních gramotností a kritického myšlení.
  • Nízká diferenciace práce žáků podle předpokladů, potřeb a nadání; chybí vzájemné hodnocení a sebehodnocení.
  • V hospitovaných hodinách nebyla sledována systematická práce se žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem.
