Od poslední inspekce vzrostl počet žáků o 55 %; 43 % žáků je v oborech s maturitou a 57 % ve výučních oborech. Od 2021/2022 jsou přijímáni žáci v oborech Mechanik seřizovač a Obráběč kovů.

Strengths

  • Dlouhodobá spolupráce s externími partnery vytváří žákům příležitosti rozvíjet kompetence v reálném pracovním prostředí.

Weaknesses and areas to improve

  • Kontrolní a hospitační činnost vedení není dostatečně efektivní; vyhodnocování výsledků v pedagogické radě a komisích je málo účinné.
  • Formy a metody v teoretické výuce nepodporují zapojení všech žáků, což vede ke ztrátě zájmu a motivace k učení.
  • Vysoká absence žáků napříč obory negativně ovlivňuje průběh i výsledky učení a zvyšuje riziko předčasného odchodu ze studia.

ČŠI recommendation

Zvýšit účinnost kontrolních mechanismů a hospitací; zefektivnit formy a metody výuky a diferenciaci; analyzovat příčiny absence a přijmout opatření ke snížení hrubé neúspěšnosti v společné části maturitní zkoušky.
