Czech School Inspectorate

Summary of conclusions (AI)inspection 8 Dec – 10 Dec 2021

Development

Personální změna ve funkci ředitele; zkvalitnění materiálních podmínek podporující připravenost žáků a studentů na profesní život.

Strengths

  • Účelně nastavená spolupráce s profesními partnery přispívá k vyšší propojenosti teoretické a praktické výuky
  • Využívání materiálního vybavení odborných učeben funkčně podporuje názornost a kvalitu výuky

Weaknesses and areas to improve

  • Nízká míra diferencovaného přístupu k žákům a studentům vzhledem k jejich individuálním potřebám
  • Neefektivní závěry hodin, které neposkytují dostatečnou zpětnou vazbu pedagogům, žákům a studentům
  • Nedostatečná analýza celkových a individuálních vzdělávacích výsledků žáků a studentů

ČŠI recommendation

Vytvářet příležitosti pro diferenciaci činností ve výuce; promýšlet efektivní závěry hodin s dostatečnou zpětnou vazbou; systematicky analyzovat vzdělávací výsledky a přijímat funkční opatření.
